Complete Processing Lines
Wet line, dryer section, and packaging line coordination for new plants, major replacement work, and expansion projects.
View Service DetailsStratvale supports complete natural-rubber line delivery, packaging automation, subsystem replacement, retrofit integration, and synthetic-rubber post-processing projects with clear commercial handling and coordinated execution.
Stratvale’s project work is organised around four clear service routes so customers can move quickly from broad requirement to a commercially usable scope.

For natural rubber projects, Stratvale supports complete line scope across the wet line, dryer section, and packaging line, whether the requirement is a new plant, an expansion, or a major replacement programme.
Wet line: slab cutter, wet prebreaker, single-screw or twin-screw prebreaker, creper, shredder, and crumb pump for crushing, preliminary washing, fibre separation, and conveying.
Dryer section: drying systems configured around diesel, natural gas, coal, or biomass according to energy conditions and cost structure.
Packaging line: baling press, wrapping machine, metal detector, conveying systems, inspection points, and palletising scope.
Line scope can be structured as a complete package or broken into major subsystems according to plant needs.
Packaging automation and retrofit work is designed for plants that want lower labour intensity, more consistent packaging cycles, stronger quality control, and cleaner end-of-line handling.
Scope can include bale unloading, baling, wrapping, inspection, metal detection, conveying, and palletising stages.
Retrofit solutions are shaped around existing plant layouts rather than forcing a full line replacement where it is not needed.
Subsystem replacement and integration are planned to improve operational stability, cycle consistency, and maintainability.
Where required, selected European or Japanese automation components can be integrated into the overall package.
Stratvale's route into synthetic rubber is focused on packaging, baling, wrapping, inspection, conveying, palletising, and post-processing automation rather than core polymerisation equipment.
System architecture is built around stable compression, repeatable packaging cycles, controlled conveying, and reliable end-of-line handling.
Synthetic rubber projects often require higher standards of cleanliness, continuous operating stability, and system integration.
This service is especially relevant for mature synthetic-rubber operations in Europe and nearby industrial markets.
Not every project needs a full line. Stratvale can support machine-by-machine replacement, packaging-section modernisation, or selective subsystem upgrades.
New plants that need section-by-section procurement planning
Existing plants replacing aging machines or bottleneck subsystems
Packaging-line retrofits targeting reduced manual handling and stronger cycle consistency
Synthetic and natural rubber operations requiring practical integration with current layouts
Share your process stage, packaging objective, or retrofit constraints and Stratvale will help shape the right project pathway.
